Tim Yung 3eb69f24dd Animated: Revert setNativeView Workaround ...

Summary:
Reverts {D41122065 (https://github.com/facebook/react-native/commit/1b1b26a099cc2f213bb270bfc0e56a202e618638)}, which is no longer necessary because {D41208895 (https://github.com/facebook/react-native/commit/7cf4cf3afbea4463427944fbed30768a796db724)} fixed the `ref` invalidation in `ScrollView`.
