Summary: Support RCTEventEmitterV2 in ImageLoadEvent for optimal Fabric perf. Backwards-compatible with non-Fabric renderer. Changelog: [Changed][Android] Old native ImageLoadEvent creation APIs have changed, and will be removed in the (distant) future.
