Andrei Shikov ca090ac977 Place CONFIGURE_DEPENDS in a right place for generated CMakeLists.txt

Summary:
In the previous template, configure depends was placed after the globbing expression, causing CMake warning.

Installation

yarn add --dev react-native-codegen

Note: We're using yarn to install deps. Feel free to change commands to use npm 3+ and npx if you like
