Summary: Rewrites `splitLayoutProps`, which is only used by `ScrollView`. - Improve type safety by avoiding `DangerouslyImpreciseStyle`. - Avoid allocating objects when it is not necessary. - Avoid allocating a object enumeratig layout props by using a switch statement.
