Tim Yung ab59e1819a EventEmitter: Upgrade from require to import 
Summary:
Upgrades dependents of `EventEmitter`, `EventSubscription`, `EventSubscriptionVendor`, and `EmitterSubscription` to use `import` instead of `require`.
