Tim Yung 9ac03361e6 RN: Add glob Flow Definition

Summary:
Adds the `glob` type definition via `flow-typed` so that the `combine-js-to-schema-cli.js` script does not need a Flow suppression.

Note: We're using yarn to install deps. Feel free to change commands to use npm 3+ and npx if you like
