Summary: Changelog: [Internal][iOS] Fix AppState in Bridgeless mode by removing guard for bridge, since it doesn't use bridge AppState doesn't use bridge because RCTAppState subclasses RCTEventEmitter, which calls `_callableJSModules invokeModule` in both Bridge and Bridgeless mode to send events to JS.
