Summary: This diff fixes an off-by-one error probably caused by my font ligatures where when exactly two exceptions are thrown at the same time we would show the second exception instead of the first. If three or more were thrown, we would show the second. I also fixed some tests that had the wrong descriptions and wrong behavior enforced.
