Summary:
Implemented ReactEditTextInputConnectionWrapper in Kotlin as part of Kotlin-ifying RN

## Changelog:
- Removed ReactEditTextInputConnectionWrapper.java
- Added ReactEditTextInputConnectionWrapper.kt
