Rick Hanlon 588ece23a0 Add fixture for array<array<object>> 
Summary:
This diff adds a fixture for supporting arrays of arrays of objects, eventually parsable as:

`$ReadOnlyArray<$ReadOnlyArray<$ReadOnly<{|foo: string|}>>`
