Summary: Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/38886 This change introduces a property called `react.internal.useHermesNightly` This allows users building RN-Tester or just ReactAndroid to fetch Hermes from the latest nightly, without having to build it from source. The change could be useful to speedup local development, but it should not be enabled on CI or when doing releases. A Gradle Plugin used to support development of React Native applications for Android.
Installation
yarn add @react-native/gradle-plugin
Note: We're using yarn to install deps. Feel free to change commands to use npm 3+ and npx if you like
Testing
To run the tests in this package, run the following commands from the React Native root folder:
yarnto install the dependencies. You just need to run this onceyarn jest packages/react-native-gradle-plugin.
