Summary:
Made typescript typings for keyboardType correct

## Changelog

[INTERNAL] [FIXED] - Typescript typings for TextInput Keyboard type.
Url was placed in incorrect section, so I moved it to general type. Sorted keyboard types order as in React native docs.
