Ramanpreet Nara 9215980471 Remove moduleSpecName

Summary:
All our codegen JavaScript now simply uses libraryName instead of moduleSpecName. In our buck infra, we assign native_module_spec_name to libraryName.

yarn add --dev react-native-codegen

Note: We're using yarn to install deps. Feel free to change commands to use npm 3+ and npx if you like
