Current we expose native code (.h, .cpp) inside the src/main/java folder.
This is making impossible for users on New Architecture to open the project
inside Android Studio.
The problem is that the src/main/java is reserved to Java/Kotlin sources only.
AGP 7.2 also removed support for mixed source roots:
https://developer.android.com/studio/releases/gradle-plugin#duplicate-content-roots
This is essentially forcing users to write Java code without any autocompletion
as all the React Native Java classes are considered C++ files.
I'm addressing this issue folder by folder by moving them
from ReactAndroid/src/main/java/com/facebook/... to ReactAndroid/src/main/jni/react/...

Folly's molly target combines a number of targets that are supposed to be useable on mobile. Since we're trying to move away from folly, we should instead list explicitly which parts of folly we're using so we can remove them over time, and track which targets no longer have any folly dependencies.

While it would be better to be able to do all of the ownership metadata at the Buck macro level, that proved to be more work than expected.
This diff adds the corresponding pfh label to all targets in `xplat/js/react-native-github` that have a Supermodule label. Once the migration is complete the Supermodules labels will be able to be removed.

Summary:
Many have reported about the misguiding error `Fatal Exception: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: couldn't find DSO to load: libhermes.so` even though they don't use Hermes (for example issues https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/26075#25923).
**The current code does not handle errors correctly when loading JSC or Hermes in `ReactInstanceManagerBuilder`**.
**ReactAndroid/src/main/java/com/facebook/react/ReactInstanceManagerBuilder.java:**

In Java, when an exception is thrown in static block, it will be RuntimeException and it can't be caught. For example the exception from `SoLoader.loadLibrary` can't be caught and it will crash the app.
**ReactAndroid/src/main/java/com/facebook/hermes/reactexecutor/HermesExecutor.java:**

This PR fixes the code so that the original exception from failed JSC loading is not swallowed. It does not fix the original issue why JSC loading is failing with some devices, but it can be really helpful to know what the real error is. For example Firebase Crashlytics shows wrong stack trace with current code.
I'm sure that this fix could have been written better. It feels wrong to import `JSCExecutor` and `HermesExecutor` in `ReactInstanceManagerBuilder.java`. However, the main point of this PR is to give the idea what is wrong with the current code.

Summary:
This is an incomplete effort to migrate from libfb to libfbjni. This is needed to restore the compatibility with Flipper and other FB Android projects that make use of FBJNI. Effectively, the outcome is that `fbjni` no longer has a checked-in copy here, but instead relies on the public artifacts published at github.com/facebookincubator/fbjni that can be deduplicated at build-time.
**A non-exhaustive list of tasks:**
* [X] Gradle builds the SDK and RNTester for Android.
* [X] Buck build for rntester works in OSS.
* [ ] Move from `java-only` release to full `fbjni` release. This requires finding a solution for stripping out `.so` files that the old `Android.mk` insists on including in the final artifacts and will clash with the full distribution.
* [ ] Import this and fix potential internal build issues.
* [ ] Verify that the changes made to the Hermes integration don't have any unintended consequences.

This diff includes a few changes:
1. Move the headers inside `jsiexecutor` into `jsiexecutor/jsireact`. As far as I'm aware, the Android ndk build system isn't flexible enough to support header namespaces, so we can't just expose the headers inside the `jsiexecutor` directory under the `jsireact` namespace. Therefore, I moved the headers to `jsiexecutor/jsireact`, and added `jsiexecutor` to the header search path. This was the easiest way to simulate `jsireact` namespace.
2. Setup the Android.mk files to get RNTester compiling and running.
3. Introduce a `jscexecutor` module to make `JSCExecutor.java` execute without throwing.
**Note:** Moving the header files inside `jsiexecutor` probably breaks the iOS builds and internal builds. I'll fix those in subsequent diffs on this stack.
