This change adds support for number literals as a type.

The codegen already has parsing support for these types
```
  +passNumber: (arg: number) => void;
  +passString: (arg: string) => void;
  +passStringLiteral: (arg: 'A String Literal') => void;
```

This change now also supports
```
  +passNumberLiteral: (arg: 4) => void;
```

On the native side this is treated the same as `number`. It could be strengthened in the future.

This is a pre-requisite for number literal unions and enums.

Previously, the parser was throwing away the values of a string union when storing it in the schema. It would only store the union as

```

We now track the string literals through the parser and store them in the schema:

```

  type: 'StringLiteralUnionTypeAnnotation',
  types: [
    {
      type: 'StringLiteralTypeAnnotation'
      value: 'light'
    },
    {
      type: 'StringLiteralTypeAnnotation'
      value: 'dark'
    },
  ],
}
```

We aren't changing the generators, those still just output "string". They could eventually be made smarter.

The value of this is that the compat checker can now error when the union changes.

You can now define a native module that takes an argument that is a specific string literal:

Like this:

```

On the native side, this will still generate `string`, but the schema will now store the string literal, and it will be allowed in JS. This should allow more strict flow / typescript types for modules.

This will also allow the compatibility check to fail if the literal changes.

This is a step towards accepting a union of string literals.

## Context

Right now, if you have a native module using the codegen with a method like this:

```
someMethod(value?: number): void;
```

And you call it like this:

```
NativeModule.someMethod(null);
```

The app doesn't throw an error, but it should because this method shouldn't accept `null` according to its type definition.

## Changes

This modifies the codegen to only check for `undefined` in those cases, otherwise trying to cast the value to the expected type and failing if it's `null`.

NOTE: this is technically a breaking change, but if people are using Flow or TypeScript in their projects they're very unlikely to hit this case, because they would've complained if you tried to pass `null` in these cases.

## Context

This happens because the codegen tries to cast the value to the expected type without checking if the argument is within the bounds of the arguments array.

## Changes

This fixes that issue with a change in the codegen to guard against this in the generated code (see changes in the snapshot tests).

By default, generated Cxx sources for components all end up in same directory. However the include declarations in them look like this:

#include <react/renderer/components/${libraryName}/ShadowNodes.h>
```
And not like this:

#include "ShadowNodes.h"
```
This works fine with Buck because it supports header prefixes.
To get this working with CocoaPods we define additional `HEADER_SEARCH_PATHS` for our `React-Codegen` pod.
This approach will not work if we want to generate code at the library level and check in the artifacts. That's because we don't have control over the Podspec there, and can't inject those additional `HEADER_SEARCH_PATHS`.

This diff adds the `headerPrefix` argument to the codegen entry point. It is `react/renderer/components/${libraryName}` by default, but can become empty if we want to generate code at the library level, and don't want to deal with this nested header structure.

*Note:* `RNCodegen` runs all the generators [in a loop](https://github.com/facebook/react-native/blob/main/packages/react-native-codegen/src/generators/RNCodegen.js#L263-L275), assuming that the all have same function signature So I had to add the `headerPrefix` argument to all the generators, even to the ones that don't really need it.

We have the expected module name available as part of the codegen schema, so we can remove the need for developers to implement the `getName` method as part of their module implementation.

Note that this method is not actually used when the TurboModules infra is used, as the moduleName from the turbo module manager is passed through to the TurboModule base class instead. Moving the method to codegen will make it easier to remove this method altogether once the old architecture is fully removed.

- We only support untyped (default to String), String, and Number enum properties

This is for C++ only, Java and ObjC are not supported atm.

There are cases where we want to pass arbitrary types to a TurboModule, which may then handle the values appropriately, but we haven't supported this use case. Since C++ TurboModules can accept any `jsi::Value` (unlike Java/ObjC) and we have real-world need for this (otherwise we must require JSON serialization), this now allows `mixed` (`unknown` in TypeScript) for C++-only TurboModules.

The codegen generates a Facebook copyright notice at the top of the generated files.

While this might make sense on the core files, this codegen will be run on external components too.
The notice also refers to a LICENSE file in the root of this project, which might not be there if this is run on another project.
I did a quick look at some of the codegen that we ship within windows dev tools, and it looks like we normally just have comments
saying the file was codegen'd and so the file shouldn't be manually edited.
Open to suggestions on what the comment header should say.

When compiling iOS apps with flag `-Wnullability-completeness` (like Lightspeed app and soon Instagram), Objective-C headers are required to either have full *explicit* nullability annotations on all members of its public API, or none at all; partially annotated headers will fail to build that module.

RN native modules are currently generated with *partial* annotations.  This works today because most apps are not compiled with `-Wnullability-completeness` turned on. But when we flip the switch for Instagram, the app doesn't build due to importing these RN partially annotated modules.

JavsScript Flow types are implied nonnull, and the current RN codegen translates Flow's [maybe/optional](https://flow.org/en/docs/types/maybe/) type to Obj-C `_Nullable` annotation, and everything else without an explicit Obj-C annotation. However this creates a mismatch with the Obj-C type system, where the implied default is *unannotated*, which is handled differently from nonnull when built with the nullability compiler flags.

There is a simple Obj-C macro that automatically adds *explicit nonnull* annotations to all members in a header: `NS_ASSUME_NONNULL_BEGIN` / `NS_ASSUME_NONNULL_END`. If we add this to *all* RN-generated headers, however, we run into issues:
1) We may erroneously assume any previously-unannotated header was meant to be nonnull and cause future bugs
2) Another compiler flag (`-Wnullable-to-nonnull-conversion`) statically analyzes Obj-C implementation code to prevent us from ever passing null to one of these headers. Much existing Obj-C code will break here, and it's ambiguous if these are true or false positives because of the first point.

Instead, in this diff we add a new BUCK flag `ios_assume_nonnull` to let module authors opt into automatic nonnull for unannotated members so that Obj-C headers are generated correctly in alignment with Flow's type system. We can migrate all libraries individually as needed and eventually make this the RN native codegen default.

**Actual Problem:** Suppose that we want to rename one of these partials. Then, all imports in all files would have to be updated, even when the actual shape of the composed type annotation wasn't changed.

This diff removes these partials, which reduces the surface area of the exports of CodegenSchema.js

**Motivation:**

Match the old codegen's behavior when generating structs for type alias derived objects.

**Problem description:**

Take, for example, the following spec:

```
export type MyTypeAlias = { /* ... */ }
export interface Spec extends TurboModule {
  // ...
  +myMethod: (paramName: MyTypeAlias) => void;
  // ...
}
```

The codegen needs to generate a struct to expose the properties of the type alias object. The codegen was producing the following output:

```
- (void)myMethod:(JS::MyModule::SpecMyMethodParamName &)paramName;
```

...which does not match the output from the original codegen:

```
- (void)myMethod:(JS::MyModule::MyTypeAlias &)paramName;
```

The original codegen generates a struct using the type alias name, while the new codegen was generating a struct that uses a combination of the property and parameter names.

Now that type alias names are exposed in the schema, the new codegen can match the original codegen's behavior.

**De-duplication of structs:**

Prior to these changes, type aliases were expanded into regular object types. This meant that any spec that used a type alias more than once would lead to redundant structs getting created. With these changes, we only generate the one struct per type alias, matching the old codegen.

**Expansion of type aliases:**

A new type was introduced in D22200700 (https://github.com/facebook/react-native/commit/e261f022fe6a7653b79330f878fed143725f5324), TypeAliasTypeAnnotation:

The current parser behavior flattens out any object type aliases into ObjectTypeAnnotations. Generators can treat these as regular objects and generate the applicable native code. This, however, can lead to repetition whenever an object type alias is re-used in the same native module.

I propose we treat these as a special case, using a TypeAliasTypeAnnotation to denote them as type aliases. Generators can look up the actual signature for a given object alias by referring to the "aliases" array that is provided in the schema.

**Proposed schema change:**

Adds an "aliases" key to each module in the schema:
