This diff removes the Nodes implementation from the source code. Why I'm deleting this code:
- I enabled nodes in catalyst app and it doesn't render even the first screen (see error images)
- This code is not being used at all inside facebook
- The last relevant commit I found was done in April 2017.
- Deleting this code make it easy to do refactors, as we don't have to modify this code.

1. Change the `package.json` and update `react-native` dependency to point to this branch, then run `npm install`
1. Run the `server.js` file with `node server.js`
1. Open the `index.common.js` file and replace `localhost` with your computer's IP address
1. Start the packager with `yarn start` and run the app on your device

Summary:
This is the first PR from a series of PRs grabbou and me will make to add blob support to React Native. The next PR will include blob support for XMLHttpRequest.
I'd like to get this merged with minimal changes to preserve the attribution. My next PR can contain bigger changes.
Blobs are used to transfer binary data between server and client. Currently React Native lacks a way to deal with binary data. The only thing that comes close is uploading files through a URI.
Current workarounds to transfer binary data includes encoding and decoding them to base64 and and transferring them as string, which is not ideal, since it increases the payload size and the whole payload needs to be sent via the bridge every time changes are made.
The PR adds a way to deal with blobs via a new native module. The blob is constructed on the native side and the data never needs to pass through the bridge. Currently the only way to create a blob is to receive a blob from the server via websocket.
The PR is largely a direct port of https://github.com/silklabs/silk/tree/master/react-native-blobs by philikon into RN (with changes to integrate with RN), and attributed as such.
> **Note:** This is a breaking change for all people running iOS without CocoaPods. You will have to manually add `RCTBlob.xcodeproj` to your `Libraries` and then, add it to Build Phases. Just follow the process of manual linking. We'll also need to document this process in the release notes.

Tested the UIExplorer AccessibilityInfo example on iOS and Android with the screen reader both enabled and disabled.

Summary:
The `FrescoModule` supports providing a custom image pipeline configuration. This module is created by `MainReactPackage` but `MainReactPackage` doesn't expose any way to customize the Fresco configuration. This change adds a parameter to `MainReactPackage`'s constructor so that the `FrescoModule`'s configuration can be customized by the app. A couple of design choices were made in this change:
- `MainReactPackage`'s new constructor parameter is a `MainPackageConfig`. Introducing `MainPackageConfig` enables `MainReactPackage` to nicely support new optional configuration options in the future. Imagine the alternative of each optional configuration being a separate parameter to the `MainReactPackage` constructor.
- `FrescoModule` exposes its default configuration as a builder object through the `getDefaultConfigBuilder` method. This enables app's to start with `FrescoModule`'s default configuration and then modify it.

This moves into open source the PermissionsModule and the activity and listener interfaces
necessary to make permissions work.
It also moves the PermissionsExample into the UIExplorer. In order to make this
work, the device has to be Android M and above, and the target sdk of the app has to be 23+, so I changed the uiexplorer manifest to
target that API. This has the unfortunate consequence that people testing on
devices with API 23+ will have to enable the `draw over other apps` setting that
react needs for RedBoxing. The app will automatically send the user to that screen,
so enabling the setting and resuming the app should be trivial.
For testing, try requesting permission for a permission that is currently
revoked. If a permission is granted, it can be revoked via adb (`adb shell pm
revoke com.your.app android.permission.PERMISSION_NAME`), and then requested.

Summary:
Currently the Modal component on Android is rendered below the Status Bar, which changes it's color to grey, and in the UIExplorer example the backdrop is just formatted to look the same color. In some scenarios users may want to preserve the color of their status bar and make it look as though the modal is appearing on top. This PR allows for that.
This GIF shows current behavior and new behavior with the translucentStatusBar prop set to true.
I've updated the UIExplorer app to demonstrate and the docs as shown below
