Ramanpreet Nara	76ff31616e	Add NativeModule Spec for PushNotificationManager ... Summary: In OSS, we only had an iOS implementation of this NativeModule. Internally, we have several different Android implementations. The iOS and the Android implementations don't have the same APIs. So, I didn't name this Spec generically `NativePushNotificationManager`.
