Summary:
As identified in https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/34350, modals do not honor the system's status bar colors because they may not be set by the deprecated `systemUiVisibility` flags. Unless `android:windowLightStatusBar` is set to true, the default flag is a zero-integer (a.k.a. "dark mode", where the icons show as white). Since the `StatusBar` component is using the new `setSystemBarsAppearance` API, the ModalHost should also infer its status bar settings from the same API.

[Android] [Fixed] - Fixed an issue on Android API 31+ where modals would turn status bar icons white by default
Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/34899
Test Plan:
- On a screen with the `StatusBar` bar style set to `dark-content`, the modal also uses white icons
- On a screen with the `StatusBar` bar style set to `light-content`, the modal also uses black icons
### Preview
Here, I change the `barStyle` from `light-content` to `dark-content` and demonstrate that the proper attributes are retained. The "Before" is a recording from `main` and the "After" is this branch. Notice how in "Before", the status bar is always turning the icons white when the modal opens.

## Other considerations
There's some argument towards removing this check entirely--the status bar appearance should be derived from the theming and/or the parent activity's settings, thereby removing the need to apply separate styling

Summary:
On Android, when a hardware keyboard is connected pressing the escape key will partially dismiss an active `<Modal>` without calling the `onRequestClose` callback. The modal will disappear, but I beleive the underlying activity may still be present, blocking interaction with the main app below and leaving things in a partially broken state.
This code change allows the escape key to be handled in the same way as the hardware back button, calling the `onRequestClose` and allowing the developer to decide the behaviour.
This issue isn't present on iOS, so no change is required there.

[Android] [Fixed] - Fix Modal being dismissed incorrectly when pressing escape on a hardware keyboard
Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/31564
Test Plan: I've tested this manually locally, but unsure if it's possible to test in an automated way as the emulator didn't respond to a hardware escape key in the same way as a physical device.

Summary:
There are races between BackgroundExecutor and Fabric/View teardown, where, because of the way things are set up currently, a View will strongly retain a pointer into some native State object which can keep a host of other objects alive in C++, even after stopSurface, and even after RN itself starts tearing down.
To alleviate this, we more aggressively clear State from Java, without waiting for Java GC: 1) on stopSurface, 2) whenever a State object is stale from Java's perspective.
This should allow us to keep all common updateState semantics, while only introducing a new edge-case that stateWrapper can be destroyed during mounting if stopSurface happens at the same time. In those cases, checking for NPEs should be sufficient.
The possible race condition only really happens with updateState, so it's easier to check for. There should practically be no cases where there's a race between `stopSurface` and `getState`, because `getState` is only really called around state updates and view preallocation, and never after; we still check for NPEs in those cases, but it shouldn't be an issue.

This diff migrates all the lookups of EventDispatcher to not depend on UIManagerModule anymore.
This refactor is necessary because:
- Users running in Fabric / Venice should not load on the UIManagerModule class
- D25858934 will introduce a change that will break all of these callsites
In the migration I'm relying on the method UIManagerHelper.getEventDispatcherFromReactTag() that returns the correct EventDispatcher for a reactTag.
I'm planning to land this change early in the week (to catch potential errors in alpha / beta versions)
As a followup we need to deprecate and prevent developers to continue using getNativeModule(UIManagerModule.class) moving forward. That will be part of another diff

In some Android device such as Samsung S8, the ModalHostView's child view can't fill the screen.
before:

The JS ModalHostView can't fill the bottom, the area is device's navigation bar.
In class ModalHostShadowNode, follow code calculate is error:
`Point modalSize = ModalHostHelper.getModalHostSize(getThemedContext());`
This way not care the device's navigation bar, so the height is smaller than real.
For Samsung S8, real height is 2220 and modalSize.y is 2076.
