Summary:
This adds the ` aria-hidden` prop to `Pressable`, `TouchableBounce`, `TouchableHighlight`, `TouchableNativeFeedback`, `TouchableOpacity`, `TouchableWithoutFeedback` and `View` components as requested on https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/34424, being an alias `importantforAccessibility='no-hide-descendants'` on Android and an alias for `accessibilityElementsHidden` on iOS. This PR also updates RNTester AccessibilityExample in order to facilitate the manual QA.
## Changelog
[General] [Added] - Add aria-hidden prop to Pressable, View and Touchables components
Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/34552
Test Plan:
1. Open the RNTester app and navigate to the Accessibility page
2. Test the `aria-hidden` prop through the `View with hidden children from accessibility tree` section, this can be tested either by enabling Voice Over if you're using a real device or through the Accessibility Inspector if you're using a simulator

Previously published by [grgr-dkrk][2] as [https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/31296][3], fixes the following issues:
1) ImportantForAccessibility="no" does not work on Text, Button
2) ImportantForAccessibility="no-hide-descendants" does not work on Text, Button, or ImageBackground.
Note: On ImageBackground, focus is prevented on the imageBackground node itself, but focus is not prevented on its descendants.
Note: [Button component expected behavior for prop importantForAccessibility][4]
>Some components like Button seem like atomic units, but they end up rendering a hierarchy of components for example a wrapper View with a Text inside them. Allowing those descendants to become focusable, breaks the model of these being a single component to consider and forcing no-hide-descendants makes sense here.
>The other option is always to render any descendants of these elements with importantForAccessibility="no", so they can never be focusable on their own. This would have the same result, **BUT may potentially cause issues when the descendant content is supposed to automatically get moved up to the focusable ancestor to act as a label** (which is what Talkback does with unfocusable text elements by default).
Note: [importantForAccessibility="no" does not allow screenreader focus on nested Text Components with accessibilityRole="link" or inline Images][5]

# First issue - incorrect ref
In this example, `AccessibilityInfo.setAccessibilityFocus_unstable` is being called on the Button ref. This fails because Button is not a HostComponent and does not accept a forwarded ref.
Since the button needs to be focused in order to click on it, I don't think the intention of this example actually makes sense. Since even if it worked, it would just reset the focus in the same place.
Instead, I alter this to set accessibility focus on the preceding Text element, which makes it more clear that setAccessibilityFocus is working.
# Second Issue - focus after closing Alert doesn't work
I am not sure why this is the case, but removing the alert causes focus to work correctly. i'm guessing the set focus command is conflicting with Alert's default resetting focus behavior.
# Minor Fix
I also quickly cleaned this up to be a function component because class components make refs more confusing (to me).

Summary:
The current implementation of `AccessibilityInfo.announceForAccessibility` will immediately interrupt any existing in progress speech with the announcement. Sometimes this is desirable behaviour, but often you will want to wait until existing speech is finished before reading the new announcement. This change gives us that option.
My personal use case for this feature is a custom text input. When typing on iOS with voiceover enabled, each character is read out after being selected. I wanted to add some additional information after each character to help with the context of what has changed in the input, but I didn't want to override the reading of the character itself.
This feature is supported natively on iOS by constructing an `NSAttributedString` with the property [`accessibilitySpeechQueueAnnouncement`](https://developer.apple.com/documentation/foundation/nsattributedstring/key/2865770-accessibilityspeechqueueannounce), so this change just adds an extra parameter to `AccessibilityInfo.announceForAccessibility` which controls the value of that property on the native side. Adding this as an extra optional parameter with false as the default ensures that existing uses of the function won't be affected.
Unfortunately, this feature doesn't appear to be supported on Android, so the new second property will be iOS only.
## Changelog
[iOS] [Added] - add new argument to announceForAccessibility to allow queueing on iOS
Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/32637
Test Plan:
I've updated the `announceForAccessibility` section in RNTester with multiple buttons to demonstrate the difference between `queue: false` (default) and `queue: true` and show they work as intended.
Here's the expectation for each button:
- "Announce for Accessibility Immediately": on press, should start reading the button label, then be interrupted by the announcement
- "Announce for Accessibility Queued": on press, should read the button label then read the announcement afterwards
- "Announce for Accessibility Queue Multiple": on press, should read the button label, then read three announcements sequentially, no interruptions
You can see the realisation of those expectations in the following video recorded on an iPhone 12 running iOS 15.0.2:
https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/14826539/142770536-d57bfd69-eba5-444d-9c89-4bf4851ea062.mov
I've also tested the same way on an iPhone 8 running iOS 13.4 and it works exactly the same.

Currently there isn't any way to test if the Accessibility Display Options or the event listeners for them were working properly within RNTester. It turns out that because of changes to the accessibility API Apple made when they added Smart Invert AccessibilityInfo.isInvertColorsEnabled() and the associated event listener are working incorrectly. You can see this if you take a look at how RNTester (with this PR incorporated) responds to toggling Invert Colors. I've submitted a bug report to Apple, but this might have been caught earlier if this had been implemented.

```
* <p>The framework will handle routine focus movement in response to user input. This includes
The property is updated through its shadow node `ReactImageManager` method `setAccessible` https://bit.ly/3dDuK5L
