Summary:
Removes duplicated code in SharedColor conversions. The original copy was done for the MapBuffer experiment, as the method was returning `folly::dynamic` instead of integer. Nothing prevents us from returning integer here directly, so we can keep one implementation.

Summary:
Refactors MapBuffer-related `primitives.h` to be namespaced with `MapBuffer` class, to avoid name collisions and confusion later on.
Most of the size constants are moved to relevant .cpp files or updated to use `sizeof`.
Additionally, adds a little bit of documentation about `MapBuffer` serialization format.

The [first implementation of `TextAttributes` in Fabric](https://github.com/facebook/react-native/commit/62576bcb7832e08c6fd9f9482285882c37a2ece5) included two separate props instead of `textDecorationStyle`: `textDecorationLineStyle` (single, double, ...) and `textDecorationLinePattern` (dot, dash, dotdash, ...). These two props were implemented in C++ and iOS but never supported in JS.
Pre-Fabric (and CSS) on the other hand use a single prop `textDecorationStyle: 'solid' | 'double' | 'dotted' | 'dashed'`.
This diff implements this same API in Fabric, and removes the unused `textDecorationLineStyle` and `textDecorationLinePattern` props.
Changelog:
[iOS][Fixed] - Implement `textDecorationStyle` on iOS and remove unused `textDecorationLineStyle` and `textDecorationLinePattern` from Fabric.

Android TextView's default for breakStrategy is BREAK_STRATEGY_HIGH_QUALITY (https://developer.android.com/reference/android/widget/TextView#setBreakStrategy(int))

Summary:
Goals are:
1. Catch errors in parsing during dev-mode in a way that is disruptive/grabs attention, but has enough information.
2. Use react_native_assert for hitting breakpoints (less useful for Android, more for iOS), and add LOGs for when this code is used in Android (more useful for Android, less useful for iOS).
3. Return sane defaults so that prod cases don't crash, and don't return totally garbage data.
I also found a couple cases where parsing was incorrect before; see WritingDirection and TextAlignment. This could impact some layouts and RTL/LTR potentially.

Summary:
See react_native_assert.{h,cpp}. Because of the BUCK+Android issue where NDEBUG is always defined, we use react_native_assert instead of assert to enable xplat asserts in debug/dev mode.
This migrates most of the codebase, but probably not 100%. The goal is to increase assertion coverage on Android, not to get to 100% (yet).

Summary:
Right now nested Text components are not accessible on Android. This is because we only create a native ReactTextView for the parent component; the styling and touch handling for the child component are handled using spans. In order for TalkBack to announce the link, we need to linkify the text using a ClickableSpan.
This diff adds ReactClickableSpan, which TextLayoutManager uses to linkify a span of text when its corresponding React component has `accessibilityRole="link"`. For example:
<Text>
A paragraph with some
<Text accessible={true} accessibilityRole="link" onPress={onPress} onClick={onClick}>links</Text>
surrounded by other text.
</Text>
With this diff, the child Text component will be announced by TalkBack ('links available') and exposed as an option in the context menu. Clicking on the link in the context menu fires the Text component's onClick, which we're explicitly forwarding to onPress in Text.js (for now - ideally this would probably use a separate event, but that would involve wiring it up in the renderer as well).
ReactClickableSpan also applies text color from React if it exists; this is to override the default Android link styling (teal + underline).
