Summary:
Previously published by [grgr-dkrk][2] as [https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/31296][3], fixes the following issues:
1) ImportantForAccessibility="no" does not work on Text, Button
2) ImportantForAccessibility="no-hide-descendants" does not work on Text, Button, or ImageBackground.
Note: On ImageBackground, focus is prevented on the imageBackground node itself, but focus is not prevented on its descendants.
Note: [Button component expected behavior for prop importantForAccessibility][4]
>Some components like Button seem like atomic units, but they end up rendering a hierarchy of components for example a wrapper View with a Text inside them. Allowing those descendants to become focusable, breaks the model of these being a single component to consider and forcing no-hide-descendants makes sense here.
>The other option is always to render any descendants of these elements with importantForAccessibility="no", so they can never be focusable on their own. This would have the same result, **BUT may potentially cause issues when the descendant content is supposed to automatically get moved up to the focusable ancestor to act as a label** (which is what Talkback does with unfocusable text elements by default).
Note: [importantForAccessibility="no" does not allow screenreader focus on nested Text Components with accessibilityRole="link" or inline Images][5]

Summary:
Currently ImageBackGround component has optional style props, but if you don't pass it as prop, it still "thinks" you pass style and crushes.
In this pr, I made width and height inside component to be optional so it won't crush.
## Changelog
[General] [Fix] - Changed ImageBackground's style so it won't crush.
[Screen Shot 2021-08-20 at 15 05 45](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/62840630/130230568-be02b1a2-52ec-4f9d-b3d3-212552d3882b.png)
As you can see in this component, I tried to use ImageBackground without any style props, and my app crushes. Then I added style with empty object and the app didn't crush anymore, as you can see here:
.
In conclusion, if we make width and height styles optionals inside ImageBackground component, it won't crush anymore.
Thoughts:
Maybe consider to make style props for this component none-optional because it isn't make any sense that image won't have any style at all.
Thanks ahead, that was my first pr, Eden Binyamin.

Summary:
This is the next step in moving RN towards standard path-based requires. All the requires in `Libraries` have been rewritten to use relative requires with a few exceptions, namely, `vendor` and `Renderer/oss` since those need to be changed upstream. This commit uses relative requires instead of `react-native/...` so that if Facebook were to stop syncing out certain folders and therefore remove code from the react-native package, internal code at Facebook would not need to change.
See the umbrella issue at https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/24316 for more detail.

Summary: ImageBackground assigned its Image the same `width` and `height` styles as itself. This became an issue for ImageBackground instances that were assigned (non 100%) percentage size values. For example, if the `width` and/or `height` of the ImageBackground was set to be 50%, it would be half the size of the current component it is in (as intended), but the Image would be 50% of the ImageBackground, which is only 25% the size of the ImageBackground's parent component.

it was originally reverted because of iOS compatibility issue on exposing `accessibilityIgnoresInvertcolors` API to javascript, which has now been handled and fixed in this D8599698.
This means I can now set the property `accessibilityIgnoresInvertColors`

This PR removes the need for having the `providesModule` tags in all the modules in the repository.
It configures Flow, Jest and Metro to get the module names from the filenames (`Libraries/Animated/src/nodes/AnimatedInterpolation.js` => `AnimatedInterpolation`)
* Checked the Flow configuration by running flow on the project root (no errors):
```
yarn flow
```
* Checked the Jest configuration by running the tests with a clean cache:
```
yarn jest --clearCache && yarn test
```
* Checked the Metro configuration by starting the server with a clean cache and requesting some bundles:
```
yarn run start --reset-cache
curl 'localhost:8081/IntegrationTests/AccessibilityManagerTest.bundle?platform=android'
curl 'localhost:8081/Libraries/Alert/Alert.bundle?platform=ios'
Summary:
We are removing support of nesting views inside <Image> component. We decided to do this because having this feature makes supporting `intrinsinc content size` of the `<Image>` impossible; so when the transition process is complete, there will be no need to specify image size explicitly, it can be inferred from actual image bitmap.
And this is the step #0.
<ImageBackground> is very simple drop-in replacement which implements this functionality via very simple styling.
Please, use <ImageBackground> instead of <Image> if you want to put something inside.
