Changelog:
[Internal] - Add `accessibilityRole` to `RCTAttributedTextUtils`. AccessibilityRole was in `TextAttributes` which is a Fabric's abstraction so cannot be detected when enumerating attributedString. Mapping accessibilityRole from `TextAttributes` to `NSAttributedString` could provide the attributeName when iterating over attributedString and then successfully find the range of the fragment whose `accessibilityRole` has value @"link".

Changelog:
[iOS][Added] - `getRectWithAttributedString()` aims to get the rect of the fragment with embedded link, which is necessary when building the `accessibilityElement`. In this function, we first enumerate attributedString to find the range of fragments whose `accessibilityRole` is @"link". Changelog: [Internal]

Add support for dynamic font size.

New class `ThreadStorage` is introduced, which is used to pass LayoutContext to `YogaLayoutableShadowNode::yogaNodeMeasureCallbackConnector`.

## Shortcoming
This implementation doesn't cause re-render, if user changes font size and comes to the app without restarting it, it will show old font size. I believe this is fine for now as most people set their font size before they use the app and keep the same setting for a long time.

Round calculated text size to closest larger pixel size.
In Paper we do this as well in https://fburl.com/diffusion/w2pj6ea0

Why do we need this?
For example, we calculate height of the text to be 16.707235, yoga takes this value and assigns text to have height 17 anyway.
I assume Yoga uses this extra 0.3 points of height to move other things around a little bit because Yoga doesn't deal with exact values.

Ahmed IbrahimandFacebook Github Bot 5d08aab526 Disable usesFontLeading for NSLayoutManager on iOS to fix baseline alignment issue on some fonts (#27195)
Summary:
Fixes https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/27137

This PR fixes an issue on iOS where RCTTextView height is not calculated as it should for some fonts where font `leading` attributed is not equal to zero, which results in wrong baseline alignment behaviour.

The fix for this is by setting `usesFontLeading` property of `NSLayoutManager` to `NO`, which results is a layout behavior that is similar to `UILabel`

Probably the documentation for `usesFontLeading` describes why UILabel has a different (correct) layout behavior in that case
> // By default, a layout manager will use leading as specified by the font. However, this is not appropriate for most UI text, for which a fixed leading is usually specified by UI layout guidelines. These methods allow the use of the font's leading to be turned off.

Summary:
Special thanks for Joshua Gross for flagging this problem!

This diff implements a custom evicting hash map designed specially to hold text measurement information. The key feature of this is custom equality checks and hashing functions.

They are designed around the following principals:
* Decorative text attributes (such as color, shadows, etc) has no effect on layout, therefore they should not be taking into account;
* `minimum height`, `minimum width`, and `maximum height` don't affect the measurement;
* the value of `layout metrics` are important only for `attachment` fragments.

After I redo all tests, I will enable this for Android-specific TextLayoutManager in separate diff.

Valentin SherginandFacebook Github Bot c9b9c93c90 Fabric: Text Measuring: Doing clamping outside of caching
Summary:
Here the deal with the clamp thing:
A layout engine asks nodes to measure their content providing layout constraints (min and max size) and that would be kind from nodes to return a result that in space of those constraints. Sometimes, satisfying that is an additional separate step of that operation, e.g. if we know that the intrinsic size of some node is `{100, 100}`, we need to clamp that to satisfy constraint `[min: {200, 200}, max: {inf, inf}]`.

In case when we need to cache measure information, it becomes tricky enough when we need to make the cache work most efficiently. For the case of measuring Text, we have an insight: the available maximum width is important, the rest three metrics (maximum height and minimum size) are not.

That means that any changes in those three metrics don't affect the actual measurement result but will affect the final value because the actual value will be clamped by constraints that didn't influence measuring in the first place.
That's why moving clamping outside of a cache is the first step into making it more efficient.

Valentin SherginandFacebook Github Bot c4876d0313 Fabric: Introducing AttributedStringBox
Summary:
The diff implements a new class called `AttributedStringBox` that represents an object storing a shared `AttributedString` *or* a shared pointer to some opaque platform-specific object that can be used as an attributed string. The class serves two main purposes:
- Represent type-erased attributed string entity (which can be platform-specific or platform-independent);
- Represent a container that can be copied with constant complexity.

Why? Several reasons:
- Sometimes it makes sense to keep an attributed string as a shared resource. This way we don't need to pay for expensive copying and we also implement a copy-on-write semantics on top of that if needed.
- We need to extend a TextLayoutMeasure API to support measuring some platform-specific attributed string implementation to remove the necessity of converting a string back and forth between representations. That's especially important for TextInput because we will need to measure that very efficiently (and the source of measuring, in this case, is a platform attributed string).

In other words, we need something to store inside TextInputState to measure and update very efficiently. The source of this data might be a native TextInput control or a data from React, to represent that kinda object we need this data structure (and interfaces that deal with it).

Oleksandr MelnykovandFacebook Github Bot 299c984964 Pass surface ID to measure function in Java to retrieve themed Context
Summary:
We use `ViewManager.onMeasure` to perform measurements of Android views and pass the measured size back to Yoga. For Android in order to the report correct dimensions of a View, this View must be created using a Context that has a theme associated with it. Before, `onMeasure` only had ReactApplicationContext passed as the first parameter and ReactSwitch, for example, could not be measured correctly (because it uses the size of the thumb drawable, which is extracted from the current theme). This diff adds surfaceId as the first parameter of `FabricUIManager.measure`, so that we can retrieve ThemedReactContext and pass it to `ViewManager.onMeasure`.

The size of the Switch component is still incorrect, but at least the size reported back to Yoga is the same as in Paper. So there is more investigation necessary why this happens in Fabric. I will investigate and publish another diff with the fix.

The original names of methods imply that the container can have only one object of a given type which is no longer true. The new API is much more generic and idiomatic to C++, it mimics `std:map` API which is intuitive to anyone who familiar with C++ containers.

Besides the naming, `insert` method changed the semantic a bit; now it does nothing in case of inserting an object with a key that already exists. That might seem counterintuitive for "normal" people, but C++ has some wired reasons for that and, hopefully, it's expected behavior in the C++ community.

Fun fact: We need this to fix hot-reload.

Valentin SherginandFacebook Github Bot 15302284cc Fabric: Enable CXX (aka Default) platfrom fravour for all C++ Fabric targets
Summary:
First of all, seems it's the right thing to do. Fabric C++ code is cross-platfrom and should run on *all* platforms including Windows, Linux, and Mac.
While we don't have a real *production* use cases where we need compilation for desktops, having CXX target is really handy for two reasons:
* It simplifies local test running process. Instead of going to `/fbandroid/` and executing something like `buck test fbsource//xplat/js/react-native-github/ReactCommon/fabric/core:coreAndroid` (note the suffix). We can just do `buck test fbsource//xplat/js/react-native-github/ReactCommon/fabric/core:core` everywhere and it works now out of the box. Running tests with "Apple" flavor never worked for me.
* It allows creating synthetic benchmark tests (using Google Benchmark) that can be used as a rough approximation of code micro-optimizations.

Joshua GrossandFacebook Github Bot 4a1d532674 Convert FabricUIManager.measure params to floats
Summary: Convert FabricUIManager.measure params to floats. Currently we convert parameters to ints across the JNI boundary, and then back to floats several times in Java. This is unnecessary and actually makes measurements trickier. The new implementation uses floats across the JNI boundary and uses Float.POSITIVE_INFINITY to represent unconstrained values, which is consistent with Fabric C++ as well.

Valentin SherginandFacebook Github Bot e61a14e71d Fabric: RCTWeakEventEmitterWrapper, NSAttributedString and co.
Summary:
Previously, we stored a pointer to ShadowNode inside NSAttributedString's attributes to make possible retrieving an EventEmitter associated with some text fragment.
That worked fine besides only one caveat: the internal implementation of NSAttributedString is quite strange and that causes a memory leak. Because of some reason, NSAttributedString does not release stored attributes after own destruction (maybe OS uses some kind of caching).
So, now, instead of storing a strong pointer to ShadowNode inside NSAttributedString, we store a weak pointer to EventEmitter. Storing a weak pointer is okay because a desired lifetime of EventEmitter is guaranteed by LocalData stored inside a View. Storing a weak EventEmitter instead of weak ShadowNode will also help us with migration to ShadowView (we cannot store ShadowView weakly because it's a stack allocated object).
