Summary:
Previously, we tried to take a Transform matrix, decompose it into parts, and then interpolate between those parts. This will always be risky at best, and in some cases ambiguous or unsolvable. For example, a scale of -1 is identical to a rotation of 180 degrees.
Another issue is that when decomposing a matrix, it is impossible to tell the sign of scaleX, scaleY, scaleZ. This is a problem - flipping a View over an axis via scale then becomes a non-animatable operation.
This caused a number of issues.
To resolve it, we accumulate the "operations" resulting in a particular transform. This allows us to easily interpolate between two Transform matrices without actually decomposing the matrix, since we have the "path" that resulted in each particular matrix.
This will make LayoutAnimations over transforms, including Skew transforms, look and work much better, and more reliably.

This pull request updates the Podspecs to reflect recent changes to Fabric, so they build with Fabric enabled again.
In `React-Fabric.podspec`, subspecs for the views `legacyviewmanagerinterop`, `safeareaview`, `textinput`, and `unimplementedview` are added. A minor tweak to the subspec for `rncore` was added blacklisting two codegen-generated files that have issues building, but are not actually needed yet and are empty.
In `React-graphics.podspec`, the header paths for Boost were added.
This is partially a retread of https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/26805, which had to be backed out due to issues with the changes to the Yoga podspec.

Implement a real Transform interpolation. It uses quaternions/Slerp to interpolate rotations. This allows us to interpolate scale, rotation, and translation simultaneously.
See caveats in code. Because of the way transform matrices work, there isn't much (anything?) we can do about skew, and certain values will look nonsensical. This seems to be true for any variant of this algorithm.

Turns out, it's because the equality comparator for Color had not been implemented, and so State was not being set in some cases.
The confusing part is that now color comparisons return true **more often** than before (if you're comparing two smart pointers of opaque data without a custom comparator, in theory I assume they're comparing pointer values and returning false way more often... but maybe my understanding is off). This distracted us for a while in finding an other ~fairly simple solution.

Summary:
As part of the fix for https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/25349 I added `s.static_framework = true` to each podspec in repo (see https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/25619#discussion_r306993309 for more context).
This was required to ensure the existing conditional compilation with `#if RCT_DEV` and `__has_include` still worked correctly when `use_frameworks!` is enabled.
However, fkgozali pointed out that it would be ideal if we didn't have this requirement as it could make life difficult for third-party libraries.
This removes the requirement by moving `React-DevSupport.podspec` and `React-RCTWebSocket.podspec` into `React-Core.podspec` as subspecs. This means the symbols are present when `React-Core.podspec` is built dynamically so `s.static_framework = true` isn't required.
This means that any `Podfile` that refers to `React-DevSupport` or `React-RCTWebSocket` will need to be updated to avoid errors.
## Changelog

Summary:
This is my proposal for fixing `use_frameworks!` compatibility without breaking all `<React/*>` imports I outlined in https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/25393#issuecomment-508457700. If accepted, it will fix https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/25349.
It builds on the changes I made in https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/25496 by ensuring each podspec has a unique value for `header_dir` so that framework imports do not conflict. Every podspec which should be included in the `<React/*>` namespace now includes it's headers from `React-Core.podspec`.
The following pods can still be imported with `<React/*>` and so should not have breaking changes: `React-ART`,`React-DevSupport`, `React-CoreModules`, `React-RCTActionSheet`, `React-RCTAnimation`, `React-RCTBlob`, `React-RCTImage`, `React-RCTLinking`, `React-RCTNetwork`, `React-RCTPushNotification`, `React-RCTSettings`, `React-RCTText`, `React-RCTSettings`, `React-RCTVibration`, `React-RCTWebSocket` .
There are still a few breaking changes which I hope will be acceptable:
- `React-Core.podspec` has been moved to the root of the project. Any `Podfile` that references it will need to update the path.
- ~~`React-turbomodule-core`'s headers now live under `<turbomodule/*>`~~ Replaced by https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/25619#issuecomment-511091823.
- ~~`React-turbomodulesamples`'s headers now live under `<turbomodulesamples/*>`~~ Replaced by https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/25619#issuecomment-511091823.
- ~~`React-TypeSaferty`'s headers now live under `<TypeSafety/*>`~~ Replaced by https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/25619#issuecomment-511040967.
- ~~`React-jscallinvoker`'s headers now live under `<jscallinvoker/*>`~~ Replaced by https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/25619#issuecomment-511091823.
- Each podspec now uses `s.static_framework = true`. This means that a minimum of CocoaPods 1.5 ([released in April 2018](http://blog.cocoapods.org/CocoaPods-1.5.0/)) is now required. This is needed so that the ` __has_include` conditions can still work when frameworks are enabled.
Still to do:
- ~~Including `React-turbomodule-core` with `use_frameworks!` enabled causes the C++ import failures we saw in https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/25349. I'm sure it will be possible to fix this but I need to dig deeper (perhaps a custom modulemap would be needed).~~ Addressed by https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/25619/commits/33573511f02f3502a28bad48e085e9a4b8608302.
- I haven't got Fabric working yet. I wonder if it would be acceptable to move Fabric out of the `<React/*>` namespace since it is new?

2. `git checkout fix-frameworks-subspecs`
3. `cd ios && pod install`

First of all, seems it's the right thing to do. Fabric C++ code is cross-platfrom and should run on *all* platforms including Windows, Linux, and Mac.
While we don't have a real *production* use cases where we need compilation for desktops, having CXX target is really handy for two reasons:
* It simplifies local test running process. Instead of going to `/fbandroid/` and executing something like `buck test fbsource//xplat/js/react-native-github/ReactCommon/fabric/core:coreAndroid` (note the suffix). We can just do `buck test fbsource//xplat/js/react-native-github/ReactCommon/fabric/core:core` everywhere and it works now out of the box. Running tests with "Apple" flavor never worked for me.
* It allows creating synthetic benchmark tests (using Google Benchmark) that can be used as a rough approximation of code micro-optimizations.

At the same time usage of `kFloatMax` was replaced with `Infinity` (which is a different value). Using `max` instead of `Infinity` was an attempt to mimic iOS/UIKit model where `Infinity` and `NaN` values usually are not being used. However, now this does not seem like a good idea. This concept is not used anywhere else (even in CK which is totally incompatible with it) and de-facto in RN we use it only in few places. This is the couple of hacks I used after I finished #23802 in order to get fabric working on RNTester. This is inspired from prior work by kmagiera.
The goal of this PR is to show others what I’m struggling with, and to eventually merge it sans hacks.
- Yarn Install
- Uncomment the commented out pods in RNTester's pod file
- Open RNTesterPods workspace
- Run App
- this is only for pods, the non-pod RNTester will no longer work until updated with fabric too.
- `SurfaceHostingView` & `SurfaceHostingProxyRootView` both try to start the surface immediately, this leads to a race condition due to the javascript not having loaded yet, the hack here is:
1. Swizzle the `start` method on `RCTFabricSurface` to no-op when called.
2. Add observer for `RCTJavaScriptDidLoadNotification`
3. Call private method `_startAllSurfaces` on `_surfacePresenter` in AppDelegate when we receive `RCTJavaScriptDidLoadNotification`.

Accidentally I noticed that the signature of Folly's hash_combine is different from boost's one.
The Folly's one is:
`size_t hash_combine(const T& t, const Ts&... ts)`, so the first argument is immutable and the method returns the result normally.
It means that all hashes that we compute in Fabric using `hash_combine` were `0`.
So I fixed it.
I have no idea why this difference exists, but some modern papers suggest that folly's variant has good chances to be standardized.
