Valentin Shergin af0daaf583 Fabric: Introducing MountingTransaction 
Summary:
`MountingTransaction` encapsulates all artifacts of `ShadowTree` commit, particularly list of mutations and meta-data.
We will rely on this heavily in the coming diffs.
