Summary:
This diff creates a proxy module to interact with the React Native renderer. The goal of this proxy is to decouple usages of several functions (e.g.: `findNodeHandle`, etc.) from the actual renderer used in an app. This way, we can easily switch between renderers without having to change code depending on it.
This will be useful to remove a specific renderer from an app bundle when it's no longer used (e.g.: Paper on the Facebook App).

In development, we can specify a debug name to force the whole React tree to have a meaningful name. This is useful for debugging: React DevTools, component stack traces, etc. More context in D26637787 (https://github.com/facebook/react-native/commit/eeb36f470929c2fdd8e1ed69898a5ba9144b8715).
This worked fine until now because `renderApplication` is never called more than once per React Native root. With pre-rendering, this won't be true as we'll be able to re-render the whole React tree with new props (after navigating to the screen).
The problem with the current implementation is that we generate a new component every time `renderApplication` is called, which makes the React reconciliation consider them different components and discards the whole sub-tree.
This fixes it by caching those components so we always return a component with the same identity (exactly the same function) when we call `renderApplication` repeatedly.
This won't have any effect in production where these components aren't created at all.

This diff adds a new variable called "DisplayMode" into SurfaceHandler.cpp and FacebookAppRouteHandler.js. The purpose of DisplayMode is for the native pre-render system to notify React that the a surface is either being "pre-rendered" or "rendered"
When the surface is being "pre-rendered" (displayMode == "SUSPENDED"), react will create and commit React Trees, but it will not execute use-effect callbacks
When the surface is being "rendered" (displayMode == "VISIBLE"), react will create and commit React Trees and it will not execute all use-effect callbacks that weren't executed during "pre-rendering"
By default surfaces are going to be rendered with displayMode == "VISIBLE".
This diff should not create any change of behavior for now, this is the infra required to integrate the new offScreen API the react team is working on for pre-rendering system

Summary:
This is the next step in moving RN towards standard path-based requires. All the requires in `Libraries` have been rewritten to use relative requires with a few exceptions, namely, `vendor` and `Renderer/oss` since those need to be changed upstream. This commit uses relative requires instead of `react-native/...` so that if Facebook were to stop syncing out certain folders and therefore remove code from the react-native package, internal code at Facebook would not need to change.

Adding some more systrace markers to track load application and the initial bits of MarketplaceHomeApp.
There are a couple big segments worth pointing out with timing from a local `__DEV__: false` run:
* JSBundleRequireTime_end -> BundlePreInitializeCore_start: 360ms
* MobileConfigModuleInit: 210ms
* renderApplication_React_render_start -> MarketplaceHomeAppConstructorSuper_start: 180ms
* MarketplaceHomeAppGetQueryParamsForCachedTopPicks: 100ms
I'm not sure what we can do about any of these except for MarketplaceHomeAppGetQueryParamsForCachedTopPicks where we could break the query params out into a separate file so we don't have to load this 11-thousand-line behemoth just so we can get this snippet:

Fixes two problems I uncovered with React Native:
1. `FBCore/Prelude` points to `React.unstable_AsyncMode` which is not defined. (This type was renamed to `React.unstable_ConcurrentMode` in React v16.6.0. **As a result** people in the "react_native:async_rendering" GK will no longer get runtime errors on app start.
2. Updates `react-devtools` and (more importantly) `react-devtools-core` to 3.4.2 to handle the React-internal tag/type refactoring that happened prior to the release of 16.6.0. **As a result** DevTools will no longer cause a runtime error when connected to React Native.
For the second change, I ran `js1 upgrade react-devtools -v ^3.4.2`

This does 2 things:
- modernize the component to use ES6 + flow
- assign `rootTag` to the child context
Each view in RN has its own `reactTag`. The reactTag for a root view is called `rootTag`. When there are multiple react root views active within the app (e.g. in a hybrid environment), rootTag is the only reliable "label" to differentiate them. This is especially useful when we want to limit an event/activity on a particular root view, instead of affecting all active root views. This allows components to do:

rootTag: React.PropTypes.number,
};
componentDidMount() {
// Get the root tag of this component, which is static for all components under the same root view
console.log(this.context.rootTag);
}
}
```
In a pure JS RN app environment, there will always be exactly 1 root view, so `rootTag` may usually be ignored.
