Summary:
Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/51946

This change simplified the setp disallowing to use JSC from core.
As a side effect, it simplified the setup by always falling back to hermes if the users decides not to use the third party JSC

Mateo Guzmán d784d95568 docs(rn-tester): adding extra instructions to disable fabric (#47127)
Summary:
While working on https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/47110, I wanted to disable fabric in the `rn-tester` to test some things in Paper. I followed all the steps but ended up deleting the whole repository locally, cloning it again and explicitly installing the pods `fabric_enabled` in all steps and it didn't work. I ended up disabling the new architecture by passing `RCT_NEW_ARCH_ENABLED=0` and then it worked immediately.

Wanted to add this extra hint as it might help other contributors.

## Changelog:

[INTERNAL] [ADDED] - extra instructions to disable fabric in the `rn-tester` package

Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/47127

Test Plan: Follow the instructions to disable fabric, try passing `RCT_NEW_ARCH_ENABLED=0` if `fabric_enabled = false` is not enough.

Summary:
This PR is a follow up for the contributing content move on the website:
* https://github.com/facebook/react-native-website/pull/3120

It replaces most of the CONTRIBUTING file content with a reference to the contributing overview page on the website, which has been based off the content of this file.

Additionally I have searched thought the code for the wiki links and replaces theme with the correct website links. There was an instance where comment was referring to an old and removed a while ago wiki page, so I just get rid of this link.

Lorenzo Sciandra ac206aa814 removing unused Detox (#32907)
Summary:
I realized while checking for a few other things that Detox's presence in the repo is actually not really motivated - since Jul 2020 the few tests that were using it were disabled https://github.com/facebook/react-native/commit/120ff7ccdebebdf814e478259ba1e4a8ef6f513e never to be reactivated since.

I noticed this while attempting to updating the Detox version to latest... which made me notice that the repo is still on a 16.x version while latest is 19.x (there are like 10 pages of releases between them: https://github.com/wix/Detox/releases) and I came to the conclusion that it's probably easier to just remove the old dusty code and eventually reintroduce it in the future if we ever consider it necessary.
