Changes `Dimensions.addEventListener` to return an `EventSubscription` object that has a `remove()` method on it.
In an upcoming commit, calling `Dimensions.removeEventListener` will lead to a deprecation warning.

ES Modules implicitly enable strict mode. Adding the "use strict" directive is, therefore, not required.
This diff removes all "use strict" directives from ES modules.

This PR aims to migrate the RNTester App to `packages` directory. But is currently, open to inspect the CI issues and resolve the merge conflicts.

- Working on iOS
- Working on Android
- Detox Tests working on iOS

- Errors generated by the CI builds
