Rename React-Codegen to ReactCodegen

Summary:
This diff renames React-Codegen to ReactCodegen. This way we'll no longer have to try both
```
#include <React-Codegen/MyModule.h>
```
and additionally
```
#include <React_Codegen/MyModule.h>
```
for cases with `use_frameworks`.
