add setup script

set Functions EXCALIBOT_TOKEN on deploy

use yarn & node v14

update readme

use GH_TOKEN naming

deploy on pr [debug]

install deps during deploy

fix deps installing

change firebase project

install firebase-tools locally

use `busboy` and ensure we use Firebase emulator server on localhost

factor routes and middlewares into own files

Update functions/index.js
