Before this, it didn't matter if a column had show = false as
it would default to be show if preferences weren't found.

Steven Nguyen 513c5bfc1b feat(messaging): move topic pages 
Show subscribers first as that's probably the most useful/important thing for developers.

Move/rename details to settings to match other pages.
