- Add --exclude-group ciIgnore to paratest commands in tests.yml
  (the @group ciIgnore annotation was defined but never excluded)
- Increase attribute/index polling timeouts in RealtimeConsoleClientTest
  from 15s to 120s for Shared V2 stability
