Jake Barnby 8beae59454 fix(insights): schema corrections from review ...

- Add inline comments listing possible values for enum-bounded attributes
- Use VAR_ID for resourceInternalId
- Drop trailing 0 from composite index lengths and use $sequence over $createdAt
- Drop redundant ORDER_ASC values (default direction)
