Jake Barnby 10eb28bac5 fix: address remaining v15 breaking changes caught by CI ...

- Pass required `ENABLED` parameter to `DisableIntrospection` constructor
- Use `name()` method instead of `$name` property access on `Type`
  (property moved to `NamedType` interface in v15)
