- Bump utopia-php/migration to add-auth-methods-migration dev branch
- Add MigrationReport rule for TYPE_AUTH_METHODS
- E2E: testAppwriteMigrationAuthMethods flips email-password + JWT on
  source, runs migration, asserts both land as false on destination
